BALI BUSINESS LESSONS
Those Balinese know one of life’s most important secrets….
‘KEEP ASKING…UNTIL..’
Whether it be the guy selling tee-shirts at our surf camp.. or the guy selling watches in Kuta..
They just never give up… they know that one NO doesn’t necessarily mean NO..
They keep asking UNTIL they either get the sale.. or they get a definitive NO..
and they bounce back with a laugh, they don’t take NO as a personal rejection or humiliation… Great lesson..
BRANSON SAYS..
Scouring the business news for some good news I see the Stock Market has kept gaining…
But more importantly, Mr Positivity and Optimism Richard Branson says he sees positive signs in the global economy (and at the same time drew publicity for his Space Travel business – see http://www.reuters.com/article/ousiv/idUSTRE56Q4IG20090727 for details.
