Canberra and Pull Selling

by leigh on May 16, 2009

I’m in Canberra today speaking at the “Sell More than You Ever Thought Possible” seminar..

It was 25 degrees in Perth when I left and 14 degrees when I arrived in Canberra last night..

I spoke this morning on the title of our new book “How to Crack the Million Dollar Sales Code – Easy Step by Step Strategies to Increase Sales without Feeling Pushy or Rude..”

The session went well…several people invested in our package and coaching.. so all is good.

I met and spoke with so many people who had started their business or were about to start their business but needed the words, the strategies, the steps to guide interested prospects to being paying clients..

Key points people found useful…

THE WAY TO NOT BE PUSHY IS TO GET PEOPLE TO SELL THEMSELVES

Too many people think if you tell people enough they will buy from you.. but NO..

You need to get people to sell themselves.. and you do that by asking well placed “Pull Questions” where the prospect sells themselves..

PULL QUESTIONS

Pull Questions are questions that pull the propect toward a buying decision.

Here are just a few “Pull Questions”… there are at least 27 of them… your team should do Pull Question Drills..

“Is there a need here?”

“Why do you have a need?”

“What would you do if you had that problem solved?”

“What value would that be for you if it was solved?”

Stop your team talking too much… and get them practicing Pull Questions..

ADVANCE ORDERS

Last week we had such a great response to the advance order offer.. I thought I would offer it again..

If you would like to preorder a signed copy that will also come with a bonus “Cracking the Million Dollar Sales Code” CD – total value around $97.. yours for $14.95 plus $7 shipping and handling… (to the first 27 people only) hit reply and write PREORDER in the subject line..

PS: John is safely back from his surfing trip to the Mentowis.. I’m looking forward to seeing his photos.. He said he has written an ezine on the topic “You don’t Know How Much You Need a Break Until you Take the Break..” I know what he means..

See you soon..
regards
Leigh
