You are spot on with your comments! I am continually amazed by retailers who have not trained their staff to collect your details. Recently I was interested in an Audi. The showroom was empty, I had to wait at the desk. They failed to qualify me and tried to sell me a car that was not what I was looking for. etc etc etc! I left with their card but was not asked for my details! Unbelievable. Then I went to the Lexus showroom and was totally wowed by their service. The contrast was staggering – coffee, lunch, free test drive from my house etc etc. I left with their card and they were left with mine. It is obvious who will stay in business. Thanks for your timely reminders.
